The Family Workers will connect you with relevant and specialist services with referrals and advocate on your behalf. Your privacy is important, and we will not make referrals without your prior knowledge and consent.
Our team have supported and collaborated with many families from diverse backgrounds by providing successful family work and developing case plans with the families that meets their needs and priorities.
We will continue to provide support with monitoring, transitioning, and evaluating the success of case plans for you and your family.
